I am truly excited to introduce this wonderful family! Anyone who knows me, also knows I LOVE textures and colour! This also means I absolutely love fabrics! In this session we went all oriental! Ah he Grand-mother’s colorful sari! Prema’s intricate deep red silk wedding gown! That colour, those textures and the intricate folds! And finally the deep-blue mandala! In Indian religions the mandala is a spiritual symbol representing the universe! Therefore, here is a 3-month old boy lying on the entire universe and giving us a smile! I just find this image very touching!Thank you Prema for choosing me to photograph your beautiful family!
