PRIVACY POLICY

The “non-lawerish” version

I’m Alexia and if you’re on this page you must be interested in how I collect, store and use your Data. I believe this is a great foundation of trust in order to build a future relationship between us. I want you to leave this page confident that I would never abuse your personal data.

Just before we get going, I take your privacy VERY seriously. Why wouldn’t I? You are the life and soul of my business and if I didn’t respect you or your data, I wouldn’t be here.

What Information is being collected?

During your initial inquiry we normally collect your name, email address, telephone number, estimated due date or date of birth, event date, locations and times. All this helps me answer your inquiry. I may collect additional technical information such as ‘which form you used to sign up to my email list’ or ‘ what links you click in our emails’. This is so I know I am sending you relevant information that I know you are interested in. Whenever I do this I make every effort to tell you.Your data is collected simply so I can respond to your enquiry and in order to display relevant information on my website and in order to send you information that is relevant to the service you are interested in.

Viewing pricing information on our website

Of course, you do not need to supply me with any personal information to use my website. The only place on our website that requires you to enter your email in order to access is our pricing pages. We made this so we automate the process of requesting prices. In the past you would send us an email and we would respond with prices. This was a laborious process that required prospective clients to write an email and us to respond to each email individually. Since we are a high-traffic website you can imagine this method was very counter-productive!

So here is what will happen once you enter your email to view our pricing information: first my website will display our basic investment guide/ pricing information. Then further information and/or a follow up will be sent privately to your valid email address in a series of up to 3 emails at most. These emails are automatic so you can easily opt out from these emails anytime by clicking the unsubscribe link. You can also unsubscribe now by clicking here.

Who will my data it be shared with?

Your privacy is just as important to me as my own privacy is. I do not share your information with any third parties. I respect your privacy and will not sell or pass this information to anyone unless required by law (in this case, I don’t have a choice).

How to contact me

If you have any issues with our privacy policy or if you feel your data has been used unfairly, then please contact me at info@sweetmamaphoto.com and we will respond to you a.s.a.p.
